Green Acres Unlimited was founded in 2002 on a small farm in southwest Iowa. Long time family farmer John Lee set out on a task to build the best Hay Saving Feeder on the market. With a lot of ambition, small shed, welder and band saw, John went to work. First a few for himself then some for his neighbors. Soon John found he was manufacturing feeders full time. With a drive to make things better and constant customer input, Green Acres arrived at what it is today.

Green Acres today is owned by Reg Holt and Brian Peterson, and operates from a state-of-the-art fabrication facility in Prairie City, IA. It manufactures and distributes livestock equipment through a trusted dealer network across the Midwest. Our thousands of feeders and livestock products speak for themselves. We design, test and build the best livestock equipment in the industry. Green Acres looks forward to serving you like our many satisfied customers across the countryside.
